三花智控：正在对H股发行上市事项进行前期论证工作

三花智控在业绩说明会上表示，鉴于内外部环境等因素发生变化，公司结合实际情况，经过深入探讨和谨慎分析后，决定终止本次境外发行GDR事项。为进一步推进全球化战略，提升国际品牌形象和综合竞争力，公司正在对H股发行上市事项进行前期论证工作。在符合境外监管机构相关要求的前提下，本次拟发行规模预计不超过发行完成后公司总股本的10%。
